COMPANY HISTORY

   I have been DJing about 20 years in an industry where most DJ's are only around for a few years and can be unreliable. I started DJing on vinyl, I now use a laptop and CD's and carry thousands of songs rather than a few hundred. I keep up to date with the latest popular music as well as carrying the old time faves and classics. I always try to get the best recordings available.
Having a respect for technology I appreciate the new lighting and sound quality that I now use. When I started out I used huge speakers, four altogether. I now use the latest technology in powered speakers that are a  fraction of the size but deliver quality sound. 
The first function I did was a wedding, and it earned me $350. I remember having trouble trying to please a bridesmaid who was insistent on wanting all her requests played. Most of which cleared the dance floor.  I do try and play a little something for everybody, from the young ones to the older ones, and of course at weddings the bride and groom come first.
I have worked in the best hotels in Auckland and have done 21sts in farm barns in Mangatawhiri. Yeeah ha  I have DJ’d in schools and pubs, all great experience, but I found the most enjoyable functions were weddings. I now specialize in weddings and aim to make every function a success. I work with couples to design the right music and entertainment packages for their day.

I will provide a professional service based on experience and dependability. My aim is to make your function a success. I have a strong commitment to constantly improve. Every year we are improving services and equipment which allows us to bring to you the best entertainment service possible. 
This year 2013
In equipment alone we have invested in a New Numark mixing console /DJ midi system which allows for a more efficient setup and delivery of music. For our ceremony improvement we have invested in an addittional lavalier microphone. The new AKG 450 lavalier microphone. Delivering the best pickup and audibility in a microphone I have heard so far.
To improve my service delivery and MC skills I have invested in training from some of the top Wedding DJ specilaists in the USA.
